Essex-based refurbishment contractor,
Morgan Cass, has been given a major
endorsement by Balfour Beatty Refurbishment
(BBR). Following regular meeting with BBR's
Senior Management, Morgan Cass was named as
one of a select handful of suppliers who will be part of the Health and Safety forums across their Refurbishment division.
This is on the back of the good work undertaken at the BSF projects.
Morgan Cass appointed as the Refurbishment and New Build Contractor for the regeneration of a number of schools across the South East and London. The works covered building services and where required general building works. We worked closely with the client to deliver these logistically challenging projects. The brief entailed traditional and D&B works of these schools in London. We were able to hit the client's time scales and by challenging costs were able to play our part in value engineering through vast experience as a refurbishment and new build contractor with in-house labour to undertake the works.
We have a strong working relationship with BBR and the project was completed without letters exchanged contractually for claims or delays. This resulted in a partnering approach by all involved including the client and key stakeholders.
