Partnering & Design
At Morgan Cass we have been developing the Partnering approach with our clients for some time, working as a team to bring each project through to completion within the arranged deadline.
We are currently involved in various projects of this kind and we believe that this approach has benefited both the Clients and the Partners. This approach is in line with the company's philosophy and allows us to perform to the highest standards.
At Morgan Cass we tailor our design services to meet the specific needs of our partners and clients. Our design services are supported by our multi-disciplinary professional capability, ensuring that design excellence is backed with commercial integrity. All stages of the contract process from the receipt of on order, through to completion are quality controlled by well established in house systems.
CAD Design
All design work is handled in-house by our skilled designers using AutoCAD software; this enables Morgan Cass to provide clients with total support in their design projects quickly and professionally.
We offer Collateral Warranties covering current good practice, with clauses covering warranties of reasonable skill and care, deleterious materials, intellectual property, insurance, assignment and step-in rights.
We are fully insured and hold Public and Employers Liability insurance for 10 million pounds and we carry Professional Indemnity Insurance to 2 million pounds.
