Essex-based building services contractor, Morgan Cass, has been given a major endorsement by RDS. Following a meeting with Regent Street Direct procurement, Morgan Cass was named as one of only a select handful of suppliers who will be authorised to carry out mechanical and electrical projects across their London locations.
This is on the back of the good work undertaken at the Regent Street Building of Calvin Klein’s Flag Ship European Store.
Situated in the heart of London's Busy Retail Precinct. Morgan Cass appointed as the Principle Contractor for the regeneration of this Grade Two listed building with the specifications of a Calvin Klein European flagship store.
We worked closely with the client to deliver this challenging project. The brief entailed demolition of the existing core and fully mechanical, electrical re-fit and interior design to a high specification.
We were able to hit the client’s time scales and by challenging costs were able to play our part in value engineering through vast experience as a m & e contractor specifically in building services. We have a strong working relationship with Regent Street Direct and the project was completed without letters exchanged contractually for claims or delays. This resulted in a partnering approach by all involved including the electrical and mechanical contractor side.
