The Company's way of thinking allows us to continuously build on our established client base, which includes a number of Local Authorities, building contractors and engineering consultancies. We are registered members of the NICEIC which enables us to keep up to date with the changes in the regulations and developments in technology. The Staff at Morgan Cass attend regular training sessions to ensure they remain up to date with the changes in the regulations as they occur.
The Electrical Division is expanding and it constantly educates it's staff as new building criteria emerge. This allows us to pass on our experiences and share our knowledge with our potential customers from the early stages of a project through to testing and commissioning and the production of detailed operation and maintenance documentation.
As it has become more popular for contracts to be awarded to one contractor for both the mechanical and electrical elements of a project, Morgan Cass are in the position to offer a combined cost-effective package benefiting both the client and the main contractor as this avoids the duplication of co-ordination and liaison with the two disciplines.
